Educate and train the personnel in all work activities
Motivate the personnel to ensure constant awareness of the HSE objectives
Posting the related signs next to the related place
Encourage employees to give continuous attention to HSE matters, HSE requirements, Information, performance, training..Etc.

Abu Dhabi Pallet Industry (ADPI)'s HSC Policy is aimed at helping achieve targets. It brings a clearer focus on the overall direction and gives priorities for the health and safety system as a whole.

The Strategy is designed to promote our vision: to see Health and Safety as a cornerstone of a civilised society and, with that, to achieve a record of workplace health and safety that leads the world.

HSE recognises that to raise the profile of health and safety is a vital component of worker and public protection and an intrinsic part of community health and wellbeing. To achieve these aims we need to work together – and with others – in close partnership.

In order to achieve our aims and better overall health and safety, HSE has documented its agreement to work closely with Local Authorities.
